Directions for use:
Add 2–3 drops to your vaporizer or diffuser and enjoy the soothing aroma of lavender. To use this essential oil on your skin, simply dilute two to four drops with a carrier oil and gently rub the mixture on your skin. To use it as a relaxing sleep aid, place a drop or two of lavender oil on your pillow, bed linens and even your pajamas.
For a refreshing air spray, combine a few drops with distilled water in a spray bottle and spritz all around your home to freshen the air. For a relaxing bath, add a few drops directly to your bathwater. You can also add a few drops of lavender essential oil to your favorite shampoo or conditioner to support the growth of strong, healthy and shiny hair. You can even dilute a couple of drops with a carrier oil and massage it into your scalp after bathing.

I use lavendar quite a bit. I have on hand all major oil brands. This and YL are by far the best. I love that it is actually has an organic verification, unlike YL, and supports Natural News and Mike Adams. It smells very nice and has a freshness to it. I cant recommend enough!!
